Botanico Hens, Fruit & Veg
Each day we have around 2 or 3 eggs laid by our hens, a Valencian variety known as Chulilla. The flavour is amazing. In spring we make tortillas using wild asparagus from our pine forest.
We have mandarins, mangos, lynchees, lemons, nisperos, avocados & chirimoyas. In season nature gives us lots of gifts!

To the north of Alicante province in Vall de Laguar you will find the Barranc del Inferno.
This torturous gorge forms part of one of the most well known walks in the region. Possibly because it has 6,000 stone steps it has a nickname of "cathedral of hiking"
